This event should be good. Interesting that Dorman was willing make the drive to Asheville for scrimmage. I think from Dorman to Asheville is around 1 1/2 hr. I be interesting just to see how each scrimmage game goes.

75 miles All interstate except the last stretch from Exit 50 to from US-25 to McDowell St. past the Biltmore House entrance.

takeaways from each team

-Reynolds: very good on defense. RB is very good. Slot receiver is fast. OL wasn’t too huge. Not sold on QB yet. Might get better as the season goes.

-Erwin: worst team at the jamboree. Defense has gotten better from last year. Offense gotten worse. I like the QB, might be the best in their conference.

-Asheville: defense is very good and very fast. Dorman scored on first play but then the cougars held dorman. Offense was much better then I expected. The freshman QB lived up to all the buzz. Oline was small like Reynolds. They had the toughest opponent there.

-Roberson: was impressed with the Rams. Defense looked stout. Offense looked more polished then last year. Might be a dark horse to win conference.

What a great jamboree! Great job buncombe county
