Burns was just way to physical for Crest. The LB’s and secondary are top notch..

What the heck is going on down there? Lights off, I call my son who is there, who says there was fights and threats of a possible gun and they are not letting anyone leave????????????????????????

Final score? Burns is for real. I’m shocked they dominated Crest that way.
Yeah he just called on way home thank goodness........ He said Deputies everywhere and fights, and saw a couple ambulances...... Scared me to death but all is well.. Coincidence the ligts went off i reckon but still scares a daddy when his 16 year old says " I cant talk its crazy" all is well though.

I don't think the lights going out was a coincidence. Happened when whatever happened happened. Did see somebody being taken out on a stretcher
Always feels good to win a county game. After going 3 and out on the first drive and a snap over the punter's head, followed by a score by Crest, I didn't know what to think. But the boys answered with a good drive and never looked back. Very proud of the way we played tonight. We were the more physical team although both teams laid some big hits tonight. That is the smallest Crest team I've ever seen. Good luck to the Chargers the rest of the way. Proud of my Dawgs.

I'm still baffled play the play calling for Crest late in the 3rd qtr and in the 4th qtr down big. Felt like they were just trying to run out the clock.
I'm shocked they didn't call this one with only 1:16 to play. Was half expecting it

Burns is solid, no doubt. Defense is flying around and making plays. Even though it was a muggy night after the rain, the kids have to take care of themselves and keep hydrated.
We're small numbers-wise too. We can't afford injuries at all. I don't think we're that big either. But we are physical.

Trying to get out of this game healthy as possible because the game was out of reach after halftime honestly…Burns could have ran the ball every down in the second half and I don’t think Crest could have stop them.

BULLDOGS!!!! What a game that will go down into Bulldog lore! We gave Sosebee his first loss as Crest head coach on the night the lights went out at the stable and our first win over Crest at Crest since 1998.

Same thing that happened at Pearly Allen Field. An average football team got smoked by a much better football team. It happens.
That new scoreboard at Shelby sucked up the power off the grid trying to replay all those AC Reynolds’s touchdowns. It’s the only explanation.
Let's just say there was some activity outside the stadium that the police had to intervene with. And what I was told, is the police asked Crest to shut the lights off to keep fans inside the stadium for their safety.

With the way they went off it definitely seemed as though they were manually shut off, they didn't malfunction.
If police requested it for everyone safety it’s all good.

Yeah, that doesnt even come close to sounding right. I mean, how are the Deputies supposed to know who is doing what with the lights off ?
Supposedly all of the ruckus was outside the stadium. And they wanted to keep people in the stadium. But I agree, that didn't make sense to me either.
