Yeah, much more fun grinding out effort wins like UVA, only to limp into the tourney with a one dimensional team.
For a guy who only scored 82 points in 4 years and was part of a staff that turned UNC into a joke, he certainly seems high on himself...I mean, his own wife was a better athlete than him.

Highly-rated recruits going elsewhere because the current highly-rated recruits languish in school long after their peers have been cashing NBA paychecks. Forced to watch Duke win two more nattys in a time-frame where unx hasn't won any. Gonna sit sideline ( again! ) for an up-close view as Duke is odds-on to add a third. Coach K wins Olympic gold and FIBA medals coaching the best pros in the game...all the while those players sing his praises effusively. Roy? Plays golf and works on his tan. Duke stays at the center of the college basketball universe while unx just hopes to get thru an off-season without , ya know , some other athlete being implicated in illegal or criminal behavior. Given the news yesterday involving an as yet unnamed athlete , this summer might be like the last 5 or 6. Duke and K are the gold-freakin'-standard moving onward and upward while unx doles out hush money and pays millions in lawyer and PR fees to obfuscate corruption and avoid NCAA sanctions. Now , one of Roy's assistants can't resist the urge to trumpet "accomplishments" so meager they barely register even in the conference they're achieved in. There was a time when unx woulda considered such things as "business as usual" anyway. Lately , it's all they have. How the mighty have fallen. #GDTBATH

"Needling?" That's what he calls it? "Needling?!" McGrath made as idiotic a comment as any unx coach has ever made and that's sayin' something considering who his boss is. Chansky calls it "needling." For any unx'ers reading this , comments like his are why people laugh at ya'll behind your backs. To your faces too but , mostly , behind your backs.
McGrath commented about the sensitivity of opposing fans who must follow him and took offense at his brash tweets.
