He's trying to imply that Coach K doesn't maintain a relationship with his former players and that former players never come back to Duke. The UK posters on RR are getting to the point where they're almost as delusional as the UNCheat fans on THR. I'm sure that a lot of you have seen some of the posts on RR about Bolden, even though there's still a chance that Bolden chooses UK depending on scholarship availability at UK, over at RR they've trashed him a lot over the last month or so just because he hasn't announced his college decision yet. If he chooses UK then they'll be saying that he made the right choice but if he chooses Duke then they'll be saying that he made the wrong choice.

Where did you read that at? Last I heard is that Lee is entering the draft even if he won't be drafted. He said he is okay with playing in the NBA DL if that's how it pans out. There are a couple of teams looking at him as a second round option, but I imagine he will be playing in the NBA DL next year or overseas.
He is graduating early and I seriously doubt his draft stock improves over the next year. If anything it is likely to drop, so I understand his reasoning to go ahead and put his feet in the water. Cal isn't forcing him out, Lee is just smart enough to see the writing on the wall.

I just saw a thread on RR discussing a 7 footer from the class of 2017 that just decommited from Texas A&M and he wants to hear from Kentucky and several posters in the thread mentioned Bamba but everyone of them kept calling him Mamba. Several of them were claiming that they really want him and hope that Calipari offers him a scholarship at some point as a backup plan to Bamba but they say they really want Bamba even though they can't spell his name right lol

And not wishing on one hand, Cal has a track record in college and right before they universities he coaches get hit, he ups and leaves. History has a funny way of repeating itself.
What makes Marcus Lee think he can actually get a d-league contract or even play overseas? He prolly will go back to UK in my own opinion
It also doesn't hurt either program or college basketball to be in the news this time of the year. Sports writers are hungry for juicy tidbits, why not let it be about the sport we love?
I don't think there is any question that he should, but it really seems like he doesn't want to for whatever reason.
