Oh yeah he is so classy while Kentucky was going down the sewer line he was doing innuendos and telling us fans about the episodes he was watching on the Waltons and little house . This game even proved more he sucks as a coach with that much talent and to only win two games in the SEC so far and taking players he did not even want anymore ,to come with him to Arkansas just to keep them playing here. Hey cal take your class and stick it where the sun don't shine you conniving egotistical *** . That will be my last rant or response about this 🤡 moving on I like my team and I love the direction we are headed GO CATS

Yes Cal did lose some first round games. One of those teams reached the elite eight after beating UK. That UK team was a 2 seed. To earn a 2 seed means you had a pretty good year. The second time the team was a 3 seed. That is not a horrible year either. So, Cal must have done something correct during those years. Cal has a different philosophy that what several UK fans want. He puts his players first. The real truth of the matter is some UK fans are only concerned about about their feelings and their macho ego of wanting to satisfy their agenda that they cannot step back and realize how much good he did as the UK coach. That is the irony, these same UK fans want to call Cal selfish but cannot put their own agenda to the side long enough to appreciate what he did.
Kentucky was losing first round games long before Cal. Research games against Middle Tennessee or UAB. It happens!

That's exactly what I said ... indeed, you have the right to your opinion which, in this case, allows you the right to be wrong. Cal's the kind of guy that pisses down your leg while handing you an umbrella ... and you're the kind of guy that would thank him for the umbrella. Yes indeed, you do have a right to your opinion.

Cal put certain players before the program. Took a ton out of what our program is about. Here too long. Not a fan of what he done to us. Just pointing out something scene and giving some credit.

This game has put me in a weird predicament. I really don’t want to see Arkansas win games after beating us, but if they were to win a few games, the loss wouldn’t hurt our tournament resume as much. No win situation.

For the life of my I dont know why people don't understand that us losing our team from last year wasn't a Cal thing, it's just a college basketball in 2025 thing. Bradshaw didn't follow Cal. Quaintence didn't follow Cal. Cyril didn't follow Cal. Two meaningful players from last year who were currently on the roster followed Cal. Adou was already in the portal.

And recruiting wise, he took Fland, Knox, and Richmond with him. I don't recall anyone saying it was unfair to Memphis when Cal took Wall and Cousins to UK.

Cal did nothing different than any other coach would have done in 2025 with transferring being as easy as it is.

Brooks brought three transfers from VT and two VT commits with him when he was hired here. I don't recall anyone on this board saying he shouldn't have done that. The double standards are crazy.

I know you think if you write intelligently that people will think you have a point. It doesn't work that way, which is unfortunate for you. At this point you are betting off just admitting you are on Calipari's payroll or related to him by blood, because no one would kiss as much *** as you do otherwise.

I know, it sucks to be called out on it. I'm sure you will tell us how smart you are and think that deflects from what is obvious.

As for the original post, it's easy to look like you have class when you win. Calipari was always capable of that. It's when he loses that he bends over and shows his ***.

Cal is good friends with the Chicken Man so probably his 5 years then retire I think he will be 70 then.
When the Chicken Man writes a check that big our AD will just say OK boss.

EDIT The rumor is the Chicken Man is paying for Cal and putting 4 to 6M a year in NIL.
Tyson Foods is worth 20 Billion$ so that money is really nothing to him.

This. The “Pope built this roster from nothing” stuff is accurate…overblown…and tired. A lot of coaches and programs do it. Tis the way the cookie crumbles in college athletics now.

Was he wrong when he said that? Hell, the boos heard from the stands are probably the most noise half of those people have made the last decade. Ticket prices were through the roof. He wasn’t putting UK, the team, or the fans down, he was simply saying that this game had been circled on everyone’s calendars since the schedule was released.
