I’m not sure why he would want to go to that racist enclave but Mizzou is winning enough that their coach will get poached in the next 2 years.
I also don’t believe from what I’ve read and heard that he’s physically capable of playing P5 OT. Guys can change with NUs S&C program but..,.
Guys can change with out S&C? All of our linemen have the pudgy high school baby fat look. We definitely need to see some

I was thinking the same thing, our entire OL looks slow, white, fat, pudgy, and play like they have their eyes closed
Gotta recruit a certain kinda guy to get that look. Genetics always plays a huge part. Not sure how good that kid is but looking at his frame I guarantee our S and C would have him looking the part if nothing else.
Look at how much better a lot of our guys look. Especially the ones who were already athletic looking coming in (genetics).
Singleton, Reimers, Gifford, Robinson, Butler, Prince, Lenhardt, Wright, Bullocks, even Heinrich looks like a new man. Won't even mention how almost all our secondary guys look.
Just gotta start bringing in a better quality athlete to begin with. It's no secret why the Georgias and Bamas look like they do.

Bama’s O line looks like they’ve been eating a LOT of barbecue this year. They’re not exactly trim. That said, people bitching about fat linemen really need to pay more attention to top O linemen. Most of them have a belly.
Please believe as a man born and raised in the South I understand everything you are saying. I don't disagree one bit either. I've never worried about OL having a bit of a gut. A NG is another position it doesn't bother me much .
Those guys at Bama and Georgia have powerful looking lower halves of there body. You can see where they generate that power from. Especially the interior guys. Those guys are power plants. Ive never been that guy to care much when it comes to OL. Can they produce is what I care about.
A guy like Benhardt or Tedy pass the eye test but on the field we need more. Although Benhardt looks a lot better this year. I'm saying just like you when it comes to OL it's not always about how they look.
That's why I said I'm not sure how good the Pythorm kid would be but looking at his frame in 4 years at NU he would definitely look the part. Whether it would translate to the field I have no clue.

100% Agree on the lower half. Those SEC lineman literally have tree trunks for legs. Those dude just look different and they move different as well.
Yup and that doesn't happen by circumstance or accident. They recruit those guys knowing what they will look like

One of the 1620 radio guys mentioned that he hasn't done anything spectacular. Normally someone that is D1 will dominate and show how good they are like Tyson Terry, but he has kind of been meh. That is just 3rd hand, so who knows.
Did we really want him? Seems like he was one of these Omaha guys who are basically anyone but Nebraska.
It's fine. Have 5 OL recruits I think 5 from last year. I think he wanted to be a tackle and the coaches did not really love him there. With Brix and Preston both being tackles.
