Calvin Magee passes away

Very sad news. I always wondered what could have been if he stayed with Bill Stewart and we wasn’t stuck with a Wake Forest train wreck.

He was never going to stay with Bill Stewart. He stuck around for Fiesta Bowl because he thought he could get the HC job. He was connected to Rodriguez at the hip.

Yeah that’s was a bummer. He could have made a awesome run with that offense for one more year and probably landed a solid HC job soon after that.

Good coach that was never given a shot as a HC. Maybe he would have been good maybe not. We will never know.
