Isn't this the same kid that decommitted from us this summer after getting an OSU offer....only to re-commit to us a couple of months later?

Waiting for OSU to give him the green light. If they never do then he remains with Nebraska.

I would assume that if he doesn't sign on Dec. 20th that Nebraska would say that if we fill up on WRs before the February signing date that there won't be a spot for you.

TL;DR - Sign on the 20th or look elsewhere.
