Can’t transfer my tickets - ugh

I thought I updated my Penn State app. I can see my tickets. But the app won’t let me transfer them. Anybody else having the same issues? Looking for some help. Thanks very much.

Yep, I've had to do the same and it worked.

I changed my password and worked for some reason. You can also find your tickets on the gopsusports website. That's where I took care of a transfer.
