The Obama admin seems to think so...
Depends on what you are dropping, however, sticking with conventional weapons then it's not very likely. I'm not sure why you think we aren't engaged on the ground?

Well I walked around Irbil, Iraq without a weapon while we had the no fly zones in place over Northern Iraq after the first gulf war when we had Saddam sewn up in the North and South after he overreached by gassing the Kurds. I certainly wouldn't wanna do that now after the second one.

I know, now that Obama let ISIS take over, the place is a real hell hole.

Because ISIS still exists.

Terrorist groups have existed since before all of us were alive and will still exist long after we are all dead.

What we need to do is get all of the ISIS members to stand together in one place and know where that will be and when. Easy peasy

Is ISIS a group or a state?
