Can someone help me understand ESPN regarding Thon Maker

When I go to Thon Makers recruiting page, it shows him with a grade of 97 in the the class of 2016.

When I go to the class of 2016 ESPN 60, he is not on the list.

I'm sure I'm just stupid, but shouldn't he be listed there?

He plays in Canada. They took him off their lists when he transferred, because he's no longer a US HS player.
