Can teams Practice Together?

I believe two teams can practice together as long as they do not have live contact scrimmages with a football
1) 7 vs 7 is allowable
2) Individual OL/DL drills are ok as long as they do not involve tackling or a football
I might be wrong. I thought I heard of other teams doing the same thing in the past.
Yes, but limitations on how many kids can participate in a given drill. No full scrimmages etc
