No sir, no waiting necessary. We heard all preseason about how bad defensively we are, how Texas is a top tier team poised for a deep run and how we could not match up with their great guard play. That was just embarrassing.

WVU wins, 97-59. By 38 points!!!
NINE players had 7 to 13 points.
Culver and Tshiebwe, best 2 scorers and best 2 rebounders, left game with 7 minutes to play.
Out-rebounded Texas, 53-25.
Texas had 18 turnovers to 8 by WVU, which had NO turnovers for first 10 minutes of the game.
WVU shot 42.9% in 3’s, 59.4% from the floor, but missed TWENTY FOUR free throws.
It gave me a thrill when Macke, WVU’s equivalent of Notre Dame’s Rudy, made a 3-pointer and the crowd gave him a standing ovation that lasted nearly a minute. Macke had played about 9 minutes all season.
You could see his teammates trying to work him open for a shot. He’s our Rudy!!!!
Such a warm feeling to see how Huggins Heroes on the floor take care of our “Rudy.”
Now, NO letdown against Missouri!
Turn up that Pitbull Defense, clamp onto the ball-handler, and exhaust them before halftime!!!

if Beilien wants out of the NBA or not he is going to get fired. Texas hiring Beilien is nothing more than fan speak for now. Guarantee it. I look for Texas to make a run at Chris Beard no matter what extension he signed at Texas Tech. Not sure if they get him but I believe they will try if they are serious about winning.

Donovan is in the last year of his contract. Even if he makes the playoffs he may be looking for another job.

Right, 19 of 32 for 13 misses. Sorry, math part of my brain went crazy. It does drive me nuts when WVU misses the front part of a 1-and-1 because they waste 2 points. I won't criticize Huggins Heroes because they delight me more than any WVU team in years. I do scream a bit, though, then they miss BOTH free throws, particularly late in the game. This Pitbull Defense is the most incredible defense WVU has had, even moreso than Press Virginia, which was awesome. I call it Pitbull Defense because pitbulls clamp their jaws onto another dog or person and refuse to turn loose, even if you beat them with a stick! That's the same attitude this WVU team has. And the rebounding is awesome. On defense players are anticipating where a dribbler is headed and get there 10 to 15 feet before the dribbler does. It's like all 5 players are ONE player devouring opposing offenses! God, I LOVE this team! And I'll try to remember to re-check my facts and figures before I post. I usually do. But this time I was so wound up I couldn't see straight! I can't wait for Huggins Heroes to have a "show me" victory over Missouri in Morgantown at noon Saturday on one of the ESPN channels!!!

You are going to see at least 2-3 more games like you saw on Saturday against K State unless of course WVU is playing pissed the rest of the year.

So he has gone from WVU has a ceiling of a bubble team and Texas is a defensive juggernaut and posed for a deep run, followed by judge a team by how they react to a loss and the coach has them lose as a teaching tool, to Texas making a splash when they hire a new coach. Seams to be a normal Texas season to me. Is there another program in the country that does less with more than Texas? TVZ is wrong on everything he posts. He makes Greg and M-Herd look smart and likable. Yet he keeps posting despite his overwhelming ignorance.
