Sports coaches in 26?
Im not impressed with any of them at this point.
Was hoping Beamer was that guy but doesn't seem to be happening.
Basketball will finish at or near the bottom again this year. Baseball is a disaster. So do we clean house in 26

We have a good AD now hired on merit, not because he won 2 baseball national championships.

Have some patience in men's basketball. We will surprise folks this year.

Yes then followed that up with a last place finish.
IF (hope I'm wrong) we finish on or near the bottom that will be 3 out of 4 years.

I know that. And I'm sure that is the reason for the pessimism. Even in his first season, we finished HIGHER in the SEC than the experts predicted we would. And, of course, we fooled them again in Year 2 by making the Big Dance. His 3rd season was a disappointment. But I really, really believe we will surprise people this year.

We will have a losing record in Beamer's 5th season. His seat will be HOT. He is a thinner version of Sam Pittman. Neither one had Coordinator experience, much less Head Coaching experience, before being hired. The SEC is not the place for on-the-job training, imho.
