Can we still count Missouri as a win?

Missouri looked really good in a last minute loss to Georgia.

Not sure we can count that game as a sure win anymore.

Any game after the way we lost in week 1 became a "very loseable" game. Austin Peay is winnable... After EKU last year I won't count them out either.

With a defense that has more holes than a slice of swiss cheese, there is not team on our schedule were we can say, 'Oh this is a win", even Austin Peay. I have never seen a defense as bad as this one. The secondary, which was viewed as the strength of the defense before the season started, has had more blown coverage's than I can count in the first 3 games, Every time I look up one of this falling down, getting torched by a deep route or sitting on the field with leg cramps..

We can't count on beating anyone if we continue to allow 44 pts per game to the other team. So can the Cat's score more than that against SC, Mizzou, etc.? I think probably not. Barring improvement on D I'm seeing a 2-10 season. Right back where we started 4 years ago.

Absolutely not. They have some talent on that team and our DL/OL is absolutely horrible. I am hoping Gran will be able to continue the offensive improvement but he has a young QB and a bad OL.

With the way our D is swiss cheese vs. the run, I expect us to give up 500 yards of O.

After our performance on national TV Missouri (and every other SEC team on our football schedule) has penciled in a win for their game against the Cats. We will be struggling all season to stay out of the cellar in the SEC East. Thank you Mitch.

If Missouri plays like they did last night no, because Lock will pick us apart, Georgia has a better defense than us and they couldn't stop their pass and had trouble with Missouri's running game too. I was impressed with their offensive line, they give him time to throw and moved the defensive line. There again is a team we have out recruited the last four years that will beat us in all phases of the game, plus it's at Missouri.

I don't know how anyone could ask if we could count anyone as a win, prior to playing the game! Haven't you been watching any of UK games? I wouldn't even pencil in the "Little Sisters of the Peace" as a win.

At this point, I don't think this team can afford to count any game as a win. The Offense has shown some promise. The Deffense has shown no such promise and cannot seem to get off the field. No matter who their playing. I live in Las Cruces, NM. The home of the Unerverity of New Mexico State Aggies. They are not near as good as Kentucky made them out to be.

No we can not and I doubt we ever could "count" it as a win. We are UK and every win is a premium. None come easy and I expect an L against Missouri. If we win it will be an upset and our defense will have to become men overnight. There is no sign they are doing that.

As of this moment, I feel safe in counting Austin Peay as a win - all of the other games would be an upset - however, I still believe we could win 6 games - now you can start laughing.

Off subject but just how does Swiss cheese get its holes.

There were 2 sure fire wins on the schedule...NMSt and Austin Peay and 4 tossups...SMiss, SC, Miss St and Vandy. Win all the tossups you have the best case 6 wins. Now, 5 is the halo.

Mizzou was NEVER a sure win. Good grief.

At this point no win can be counted but we also have a chance to win because the offense appears to be effective outside of the UF game . It's going to take some luck to get bowl eligible , I wouldn't count on it but I'm not giving up until it's not possible .

Last year was the 1st win vs Missouri since they joined the SEC. 1-3 in the series, how can you count on playing them being a sure win?

Now, you all are way too pessimistic! I heard Stoops say he is going to get everything fixed. No more missed assignments; no more problems on defense; pressure on the QB on every play. We should beat Missouri by about 4 Tds.

This defense is really bad. There is no sure win. Not even the Governors from APSU.
IF we win one more, then we have a two win season. And on.
Perhaps four wins this year.
More likely one.
The defense is that poor.

Last I checked we were @ CoMo this year. Never count a road game as a W for Kentucky.

The only games I believe we have a chance in are
USCjr
Vandy
Autin Peay
I think our ceiling is 4 games this year in what I am seeing from team and coaches. Miss st and Mizz are going to be a struggle to get those W's
