Right, and to be clear. It’s pretty rare that you’re going to be at your best for the entire game. We’ve been at our best in many stretches this year, otherwise we would have lost more games and wouldn’t have finished with a resume worthy of number one overall. But everyone remembers that first game.

Can I like this twice haha. We damn sure have proven we can win when we arnt at our best. Well having a bad game I should say. That’s huge.

The UK game was the very peak potential and firing on all cylinders. You can call it “playing at our best” but that’s more like a once (twice if lucky) per season type of situation. Not only did we play like a NBA looking team that night, the highlight reel was nasty too. I think that game has created an over-hype for this team. First game of the season and it burned into everyone’s brain as “DUKE” — I think we are the best team in the country, we have the most talent as well. But even with a good performance, we aren’t THAT good.

I think the media, college hoops fans, even a lot of Duke fans have seen this season as a struggle (for lack of a better word) because we were all falsely advertised right off the bat.... and before someone jumps down my throat, I ain’t meaning that in a bad way. We just somehow had the game of the year first thing.

Well.....the competition got tougher too: we had to play Army and E Michigan after that layup game. And this is still my favorite post of the year!!

No college team ever plays a whole game perfectly like we did against UK. UK came in all high and mighty and left feeling like lowly cock roaches. That game was when the planets were perfectly aligned and Gods from all religions came together, All teams sputter with consistency including Duke and we have a hard time accepting that from our 18 and 19 year old kids.

I agree. Nothing wrong with weed and I don’t smoke it either. However there’s a lot laws I don’t think there’s anything wrong with, but breaking the law is breaking it.

He'll have a lot more room to operate in this game. I mean, it was almost impossible for him to drive the ball with Taco in the middle, and with 1 step the Taco could cover a lot of ground. Only Zion had much of any success with him, even RJ was thwarted. I believe that K can flash Tre across the paint (like they did against FSU) and get him some easier mid-range shots.
I don't know if we'll knock them down, but we're going to get better shots in this game than we did against UCF.

Lol you're not telling me anything I don't already know or haven't seen. I work at a treatment facility. Some are even brave enough to sneak in a fake you know what
