Although the football team is 1-3, I still think they have made a significant leap forward from what Ash left. We may not win another game and I will still feel the future is looking a lot brighter.
As for basketball, we have clearly arrived by being a pre-season top 25 team. We appear to have the horses to play in the BIG and the post season (assuming there is one).
These are really good times again for Rutgers fans.

Yeah, I haven't been this excited for a Rutgers sports team since the 2006 football team.

It's a damn shame the team can't play in front of RAC crowds, though. Geezus, you thought last year was electric at the RAC -- this year would have been absolutely EXPLOSIVE every game.

But I have a sneaking suspicion this team is going to prove that they are more than just a decent team that gets a huge bump from home cooking. They're going to prove that they are a LEGIT top 25 (top 5 B1G) team.
