The only way this make sense to me is if he was confident he would not be the next head coach at Duke.
Really hope this is the case and not that K has 1-2 years left and they aren’t giving any guarantees as to who our next coach would be.Or K plans to coach a lot longer than expected.
Wonder if any of our guys will join him, both coaches and players...
Hope not. Bobby has a lot to learn in my opinion. Too emotional from what I've seen.Wow!
Does that make Bobby Hurley the guy to replace coach K?

Was being funny because I guarantee you there are some comments being made on other boards that Duke won’t have “Duffel Bag Capel” to lure in top recruits. To where?
I actually didn’t think Capel was ready to coach Duke anyway butttttttt.....(ready) keyword ....sad to see him leave ..and to Pitt makes it worse! Lol
If he turns Pitt around .... he’s Dukes next coach how’s that? lolWhys that
He would be the assistantFirst it was Scheyer to Pitt, now its Capel to Pitt. Is anyone worried that next it could be Coach K to Pitt????
