Congrats to these guys for stepping up to take on that role.
Their leadership, along with many others, matters.

I could be wrong but I think walk ons also get to vote on captains. That probably skews the voting to some degree.

wow imagine thinking players only vote for kids based on where they're from and not the leadership they exude

tough look

The point was that when you have 75+ local kids voting, the odds of a newcomer from out of state being voted a captain are pretty slim. It's somewhat of a popularity contest.

I understood the point

there are plenty of 5th year out of state kids on the team

despicable comment IMO

How weird would it be for the team to play lights out like frost had at ucf and ksu has a 4 win season with AMart.

Yeah, a QB from a 3 win team! Isn’t that the issue with you?

You still didn’t answer who you would pick from the transfers.
Palmer and Thompson. Might as well get some new blood in there. However, winning some games should be a bigger priority than picking Captains and passing out blackshirts. Trot out a couple of scrubs for the first couple of games, and then pick some Captains once it is decided who can actually play and motivate. I really don't give a **** about it either way. I guess I must have cared the night I posted drunk.
