I will answer you once you give me my screen name back. I used that name years ago in the timeframe we were recruiting Vincent Yarbrough. Unfortunately, my best friend is a dirty bird and he picked Villecard after seeing Villecat. Sorry for my rant.

Get a free current model year SUV company vehicle (16 Traverse LT currently), switch out ever 6 months or 3000 miles
$300 a month gas limit.
Drive about 10 miles per day roundtrip.
Not in the OP's question, but also, cell phone is paid for by work. Get a check for $150 per month.

Props to anyone who can spend more than 1.5 hours a day on their commute. I'm sure the money is great, but time is the one thing money can't buy. To waste up to 3 hours a day on a commute.. I don't know if it's worth it in many scenarios.

I can run from my house to work in about 7 minutes.. I mean I don't.. God no I'm not running to work.. but that means my drive is sometimes 3 minutes there and 3 minutes back. It's glorious.

I have a company car (Fusion) and drive between 25-30k a year. This my first year with a company car and the benefit is obviously never seeing a bill for anything. Downfall is that it's a pretty basic Fusion without many options.

Used to have mileage reimbursement with a fixed allowance. Was driving similar mileage and would get about $900 a month in the allowance. Pretty sweet deal as it allowed you to drive what you want and basically have the payment and insurance covered. Downfall is that you absolutely kill a vehicle driving like that.

I work for a grocery store company in the midwest. We get new Chevy Impalas every 2-3 years. My chain has a gas station associated with it, so no gas card. The cool thing is we get to keep the old car when we get a new one. Sort of a reward for taking care of it.
