True but BTN does have the responsibility to draw as many eyeballs as possible for the conference in order to obtain more advertising dollars for conference members. Scheduling a NJ based college basketball team against a NJ based NFL team in the playoffs is not optimizing the potential viewership for that programming. Whoever is in charge of programming at BTN should receive a stern letter from the B1G reminding them who they work for.The fact that the Nielsen doesn't compile ratings for BTN probably has a lot to do with that. They do what they want without regard for how many people might watch.
