I know it was Bellarmine, but Carr had 13 points, 7 assists/only 1 turnover, 4 steals and holy hell she blocked a shot.She seemed like she was trying to perform more like a point guard. She pushed the ball upcourt, she got us into offense and she dogged the Bellarmine ballhandlers. Great game!

I think Emily spoiled UL fans last year when it came to “plug in and play”. I am not sure any first year transfer to a Jeff Walz team is an easy transition and both Jones and Carr just need time to settle in.
interestingly, it has appeared to me that Carr has exhibited the ability to breaking the full court press pretty much by herself, but I think Jeff wanted her to break it by committee and it looked like she is struggling with that adjustment.

She's close to a Dana Evans with that quick shot. She needs to get the green light more.
