No, it isn’t good. I saw photo of Rhule at a pep rally in Ainsworth yesterday. Time will tell if Husker NIL can step up enough for him.

My gawd it doesn't take much to trigger Husker fans these days at all. I don't blame him one bit to take a visit like this. Hell I know I would

One thing I miss about pre-internet days is we never heard about the day-to-day recruiting drama. You just saw the signing list after it was over and learned about the new guys then.

I have a hard time believing he would go anywhere else. The people around here are pretty diehard Husker fans. Kids can and will go where they want these days but I feel like his family have had a pretty good influence on him as well. Why go anywhere else if you're good enough to elevate the team. Money? IDK I think some big money folks round his way might also help have a say in that too.
My half cent on it.

yea dude

the NFL never takes guys who don't catch tons of passes in college at a position where multiple college basketball players are in the HoF
Name 3 in the past 5 years that did anything? Your statement is 15 years ago.

He’s our highest ranked player in NIL, and he hasn’t played a down. He’s an Elite player. We’ll pay for him to play for us, or he’ll go somewhere else for More Money. As he should, as an Elite Talent.

We need to pay this boy.

He also committed knowing Nebraska has a 4 star QB commit in Daniel Kaelin who won the accuracy portion of the elite 11 camp.

Try again, troll.
He is now a 3 star across the board. I think he might have dropped a bit since June. Still a good prospect, though.

It's not just NIL, the Huskers have to start winning contested games and going to bowls. If we can't do that it's hard to sell kids on the program.

Until these kids sign on the dotted line, recruiting is never over. And even when they’re on your roster, they can still be recruited by other programs.

And iirc, Nelson didn’t commit because of Bob Wager.

Just sayin… losing this homegrown, talented kid to another school because of Money will be a perfect caricature of why we’re not gonna get better.
How much have you pitched in personally so far?

We're not going to get elite top level p5 qbs until we have an oline that isn't a sieve and qbs running for their life the minute the balls snapped. Hard to focus and go through progression and look over your shoulder for a DE about to decapitate you.

When you say "our," what team are you referring to?
My bad. But to be fair, your brag was that we don’t have a QB who can complete a forward pass. I presented the elite 11 QB who won the accuracy competition. Care to comment on that?

ORRR, maybe, he WANTS to be a Husker.
I know hard to believe that a kid these days from Nebraska, grew up here, played sports here, who's family and peers love Nebraska, would want to play for Nebraska.
Loving something besides straight up money is hard for a lot of you.
And yep shocker of shockers...I could be wrong. Oh my!
