Some pretty serious allegations. This is the part that really perplexes me (but we're obviously hearing one side of it) -> "Penn State police were unable to contact Starocci over the course of the nearly six month investigation, Beau said. Since they couldn’t get an admission of guilt from Starocci, the case was closed and referred to student conduct."

Hoping that the Wrestling Program/ICA/University gives this the attention that it needs.

Well not everyone is immune...so yea Cael has some questions to answer.

If the culture is "supposed" to be respect, honor, dignity, hard work faith(as the individual interprets it) Then the scrutiny is welcome
