Why name the thread "What Coral felt he needed to delete?"
I know Coral started the thread with those two tweets because I read them.
It sounds like he then deleted the topic?
but if you, as moderator, think that the content is that valuable, just put it back up without making it some weird personal thing. Or are you trying to send a message that no one will be allowed to delete their own content?

Well, I didn't see those tweets in Coral's thread because he had already deleted them, so I was definitely curious what I missed.
It's some sort of strange performance art that he doesn't post women's basketball content on the basketball board (could that be construed as a slight against the lady basketball players?), and it seems petty that he deleted it once it was moved to the appropriate board.
Because it's the second time he's done this, and I didn't think I could see the old thread title, though I was able to find it on the other board and have subsequently updated. I have no issue with people deleting their own content, but it was a worthy thread that he posted, and it was only removed once I put it on the correct board.
I have no idea what is going on here, but I just wanted to be sure to use my god-given right to complain mightily about it too! Harrrrumph!!!
Under "Wildcat Other Sports Board" it says:
"Talk about Northwestern sports other than football and basketball here"

Come on Coral - you do great work on keeping everybody up to date on the "lesser" sports.
I don't really care either way, but you're swimming against the tide - "Basketball" should probably include the female version...

I enjoyed the NU vs Penn game from our new wilson club seats down near the court.
I'm not familiar with the team, but it was pretty obvious who the freshmen were watching them play.
Penn's #10 and #45 played very well and caused a fair amount of trouble for our Cats, but they weren't enough to upset the apple cart at the end, tho they tried.
The defense needs a lot of work. A lot of work. Too many times they didn't know how to switch, leaving an opponent wide open and far away. They also over helped almost every time, leaving a completely unguarded shooter in the corner. If Penn had better shooters in their wings, they would have creamed us.
The starters generally looked solid and I thought Mott gave good minutes, although she definitely needs to work on her takes to the left side. Lau was very high energy, but I suspect she comes from a world were she is just the fastest person with the fastest hands on the court. She'll need to let that go and stay in front of her opponent.
I don't think we'll be able to make the Wednesday game, so the next game I see will likely be on Saturday.
