I knew it was a long shot for him to make the team, with Kyrie already in the fold at pg then the signings of Mo Williams, and Matthew Dellavedova. But man I really wanted to see him signed as well, such a good kid and great representative of DUKE basketball. Hopefully he impressed other teams in need of a heady PG, and more importantly he keeps fighting (like Seth Curry) to make a NBA roster. GOOD LUCK Quinn.

He won't quit. I don't think the NBA will be his place of employment going forward though. He could make a great living overseas if he wants to go that route. Good player, great leader, awesome person, but not what I would call an NBA point guard these days.

Agree 100%. Of our recent players, I always felt like Nolan and Tyler Thornton would make great coaches. Cook definitely belongs in that group.

Happy Tyler has caught on with Coach Wojo at Marquette. Expect a bright future for one of my favorite former Blue Devils.

I agree. Playing in Europe can be very good for him if he chooses that option. OFC

He is around the program probably more than any other former player who is not already on the bench. It is going to be pretty cool when he does come aboard.

Nolan had that glowing personality, hard work ethic, and definitely faced some tough personal experiences at duke and before Duke that would be a great asset to young men at Duke. Hopefully Quinn takes Scheyers route and has a couple good years travelling Europe and makes his way back to the coaching bench.

Heard the Cavs like Quinn, but that he needs some seasoning in the D League. Seth got some D League run, and now a spot with the Kings. Quinn could do the same.
