Yea thats kinda an internet memeI rarely read Xitter comments because it's usually like a Nazi meeting but I made an exception to see how Duke fans were taking things. I read about 20 comments and this was my favorite:
"I just smashed my TV in front of 30 guests at my party because of the Blue Devils game. My wife just took our crying kids and said they’re all spending the week at a hotel. Duke has ruined my life and my party. I can’t handle this anymore. Goodbye Duke. I am no longer a fan."
Yes. Its been around for quite some timewhat, that comment?
I hate Duke, but I did like that he took accountability for his mistake post game.I despise Duke more than most—I jumped
higher than Michael Jordan in the ‘87 dunk contest when Mullins hit the shot—but it’s silly to hate on the kid. It was one boneheaded play. If not for Cayden, Duke’s season would have ended a long time ago. He played very well down the stretch.

Meet him at the subway stop by Fifth Avenue and 42nd street! He wants all the smoke.Well, is Carlos just going to sit there and allow these “fans” to talk **** about his baby boy, or is he going to channel his inner Uncle Jasper Johnson, and lay the smack down on those turncoat dukie dipshits?

lol a Nazi meeting? I’m guessing you’ve only been exposed to a section of site. I promise there’s other sections that swing all the way to the other side as well.I rarely read Xitter comments because it's usually like a Nazi meeting but I made an exception to see how Duke fans were taking things. True it’s one bonehead play BUT that one play cost them a title game appearance most likely and a good chance it cost a title.I despise Duke more than most—I jumped
higher than Michael Jordan in the ‘87 dunk contest when Mullins hit the shot—but it’s silly to hate on the kid. It was one boneheaded play. If not for Cayden, Duke’s season would have ended a long time ago. He played very well down the stretch.
It's because they base their judgement on what they see here and are not capable of nuance, comprehension outside of their own purview.I never understood how some of our own fans have been brainwashed into thinking it's only Kentucky who has crazy fans. It's everywhere. We also have the best fans too, but for some reason people only want to focus on the negatives.
It really wasn’t a boneheaded play. If he had held the ball and got fouled, missed the one and one and the same thing happened (3 at the buzzer for UCONN), the mantra would have been he had two players at the other end of the court all he had to do was throw ahead and its game over. It’s the nature of second guessing when you have the luxury of knowing how things played out.I despise Duke more than most—I jumped
higher than Michael Jordan in the ‘87 dunk contest when Mullins hit the shot—but it’s silly to hate on the kid. It was one boneheaded play. If not for Cayden, Duke’s season would have ended a long time ago. He played very well down the stretch.
