apparently this will be a big part of the selection from the committee. As of this morning, we’re ranked 11th using this. The ACC has 5 of the top 11 teams.

Has anyone compared it against the RPI so far?

I was so glad when they announced they were doing away with the RPI

The RPI is one component of the NET rankings and I think we’re 12 in the RPI after NC St. win. The Net is a composite of RPI, Kenpom, Sagarin, Massey and a few other computer rankings.

Our #13 ranking in the NET this morning shows our record at 13-5, so it’s not counting NC St. win yet. It should update tonight.
