I hope Mitch sues him for libel. I hope he owns that POS and that loser is fired. Ridiculing us like that is BS. I hope Mitch puts him in his place. This is why it is us against them. This is their MO with trying to keep us down by saying ish like that.

I don't care what he thinks. UK football has always been terrible but basketball is great and is well above the JUCO level that the football team is on.

Good for them. That's, apparently, what it's going to take for the administration to finally get us a football program. Hopefully the media keeps it up!

Are you serious right now? Libel is when you accuse someone of something and it isn't true. We played pathetic junior college level football.

I think he was mainly joking about how bad the football team is. UK has the best basketball program there is no denying that.

How bad has Barnhart damaged the UK program that TV announcers feel they have to point out how horrible we compete? Think about that. They are so offended at our performance that they can't just ignore it.


And they are right.

There is a problem with doing that. First, it's slander not libel. Second, this pesky thing called the truth happens to be a defense to libel or slander.

He's entirely correct. It was pitifully awful football. And we do look like a junior college team. I've got no problem with a guy simply speaking the truth.

Maybe he lost money on the game? Can't say there isn't some truth in what he said.
There was time when people didn't say impolite things even if they are true. Today, everyone wants "what they say" go viral, so many say mean stuff. It works too often. I guess, it must be an ego boost to have people talkin about your snide remark..
