She's certainly the MVP of the league and she showed in throughout the series.
Still waiting for WNBA teams to actually try to take away a team's best player, especially the way they try with Caitlin.

NBA teams do it. College teams do it. WNBA can only do it if it's Caitlin, or the Liberty taking offense to Olivia Miles going on a podcast and saying nobody can guard her..................

Not to take away from the fact that the Aces shot 15 more FT's than Indiana, that's insane and some of the calls were absolutely horrendous. But, the referees didn't force Clark and Mitchell to miss the shots as they did tonight. That was also horrendous. Throw in the roster as a whole, keeping in mind that this roster wouldn't win a championship the way it's constructed. The Aces shot a better FG% than the Fever. If Clark and Mitchell had made a few more of their shots each, we would have won. Clark 6-18 and Kelsey 7-23. Can't have that and expect to advance.

Looking at the stats, the teams made 30 and 29 FGs, 9 and 8 3pt FGs, had the same number of TOs and pts off TOs. The only real difference is the Aces made 28 FTs while the Fever made 14.
I do agree with you that this is a huge FT discrepancy. On the other hand, I believe that if Clark and Mitchell had made a few more shots than they did, the Fever would have pulled this one out. Also, maybe throw in more help from the other starters. Timpson and Hull combined for only 4 points. I get that MA came in off the bench and came up big with a huge 12/12 performance, and that was great to see. But, If your two primary scoring threats don't contribute enough offensively, meaning scoring something like 25/30 each in any combination, then it's difficult to win, especially against a good defense. Tonight, it was a total of only 41 points.

No question it came down to the Fever stars making shots. They both shot poorly, and yet the Fever were within 2 points with a couple minutes left in the game. The game was there for the taking. If a couple more shots go down, they very well may have snuck out of there with a win. CC and KM just weren't able to take their game two performances on the road to Vegas. As we all know, the Fever bench just can't make up for that lost production.

You are not beating a team and a commissioner and that was evident tonight. Aces made almost double digit more FT than the Fever even shot....and the special whistle that soft *** clown Wilson gets is embarrassing for the league..

For all of the people hoping that the Fever re-sign KM, I wonder if she would even be willing to extend her contract if she was getting mega contract offers elsewhere. She looked absolutely livid about that stupid foul that was called on her instead of Gray. Maybe she hopes she gets away from the Anti-Fever bias elsewhere. Not sure if that call was Anti-Fever so much as it was Pro-Aces. But it was bad, along with a bunch of other calls that we know about throughout the game.

The FT disparity was shameful. But the Fever aren’t a physical team. They’re trying to play a style to leverage CC playmaking. But this silly league is still playing and prioritizing rugby-style physicality. Fever need a few bruisers. Especially on the interior but also at 2g. KM size just can’t hold up defensively against other backcourt players

True, but every team or players have bad shooting nights, but all three games the Aces shot double digit more free throws then the fever, even the game where the Fever outscored the Aces by 32 points in the paint, the Aces still shot 10 more free throws. You almost never see something like that.
