He looks like a good player.

I love that Mark Pope is not content with the roster. Even some of our fans thought that he would stop recruiting guys after the JQ commitment.

Pope wants to win a championship. Thank God some of our fans are not running the program, because they would have stopped recruiting elite players thinking that they might offend some of our role players.

He also has second round prospect in espn mock draft

He chooses college route to earn nil money instead

Will see if we contact with him

Can't be. UK doesn't have any NIL funds lol

Pretty consistent shooting and rebounding for his career.

Does he have one or two years of eligibility?

He only played in one game his Freshman year, if I am reading his stats right, so he’s only played two full years.

Pope has been cutthroat with NIL funds for two straight offseasons…..the more viable options you have the more leverage you have over the player agents. We likely have a spending slot dedicated to this last guard spot so whomever will accept our allotted NIL funds between: Yates, Lee, Pierre and this kid gets the spot!

I like Pierre from the highlights I’ve seen.
Pretty athletic

Only thing with Pierre is his defense is average according to analytics and that was in a weaker conference. But Wilkerson defense is pretty bad at 114 but offense is 118 so it’s almost even as long as he’s scoring.

It was shoulder surgery, not an ACL.

I just posted about him in the Wilkerson thread. Didn't know this one was here. Apparently he's a guy to keep an eye on. Probably a backup option but he's versatile and his metrics are great.

My dude is 6’6 and shoots the lights out….I would LOVE him. Can you imagine a defensive lineup of Lowe, Coward, Williams, Diabaite, & Quaintance???? I realize Oweh will be the alpha but that lineup would lock it down and block everything in sight!

Can't be a Coward at UK, just ask Ryan Harrow. 😎

JK looks like a interesting prospect.

In those highlights he played like he was 6'6" & 230#. Get Alvaro and any one of these wing players that we're looking at and I won't be able to sleep all summer.

He only played one game his freshman year and scored 24 points in 22 minutes? Did he get hurt then too? Could he theoretically petition for a medical redshirt and get two years of eligibility?

Played DIII that year so isn't recorded the same by ESPN / college basketball reference / etc.

Wonder what ever happened with the D2 kid from Lincoln Memorial ? Freshman Elyjah Freeman. He was one of the first mentioned when the portal opened. Still unsigned, 6-9, Averaged 19.4 ppg / 9.2 rpg. 58% from the field, 46% from 3FG. Could be a cheap project /flier on a D2 kid who is young, obviously can shoot it. Depth piece, future contributor ? D2, but others have moved up and done well. Once again, only a freshman.
