Boy. These announcers love sucking something . They getting paid by sanders to hype his boy? They can’t even come to grips that he actually sucked tonight
Yeah, I’m sorry I looked at the captions just now.

During an earlier BYU drive which started back on their own side of the field, they had a couple chunk plays to get to around the Colorado 40 yard line. They then ran a play which was stuffed for no gain. The announcers were like, "This Colorado defense is really beginning to swarm the ball carrier!!" as if the prior big gains hadn't happened.

Damn. Army with a 21 play, 70 yard, 12:21 TD drive to burn almost the entire second quarter. Three fourth down conversions. Now they're up 21-3. La Tech thinking, WTF?!?
Not only that ... just before half La Tech got into FG range, were 2nd and short, tried to pass - sack, TO ... tried another pass, sacked, back across midfield, out of FG range, ... Army is schooling them.

my favorite part was when they were talking up how much he just loves football as they show him sitting there on the bench with a gatorade towel draped over his head that has giant gold dollar signs on it

I don't know about the lifestyle. The whole issue was because of blood clots. The initial surgery was from a dislocated toe and nerve damage.
Maybe he was too active.

No one ever got injured laying on the couch.
Nonsense...just an hour ago a stink bug took up residence on the lamp shade next to my couch. One of the cats located it and jumped up onto the lampshade (this is floor lamp and about 6 feet off the ground). This whole thing came crashing down onto the couch with me on it and the cat freaked and left a big scratch on my chest when she took off running.

SIAP: Cam Ward opted out st the half last night. This is stupid.

He could have played. He was there in uniform and healthy. He watched his team go down from the sideline. On the other hand, maybe Cristobal didn’t want to play him there.

I didn’t hear that Ward was asked to play at the end and refused. However, I didn’t hear that he asked to go in either.

Ward took himself out at halftime. That was it.

I don’t see what the big deal

It‘s a bad look for a Heisman finalist, in uniform and healthy, to watch his team go down from the sideline. Maybe duh u wins if he plays at the end. Was he likely to get hurt in the final 56 seconds? Was he concerned about his legacy at duh u if he went in and they lost?

Maybe Cristobal and Ward had an agreement in place that Ward would not play the 2nd half no matter what. Perhaps more information will come out in next few days.
