It won't surprise me if there isn't a brawl after the end of the USCar vs Illinois game. Players have become as chippy as their coaches.
Yeah, even a moderately accurate throw in the endzone on 4th down would have been a TD for USCe. Instead, the Illini take over on downs.

I've been watching 2-3 games at once. What was Bielema doing with the subbing ploy? And what was the taunt all about?

Looked away myself. The handshake was a nothing burger.
When USCe was on offense and subbed, Ill would sub very very late and the play clock would be short when the refs allowed the snap. USCe had to use a TO to avoid the delay of game....
Then while an Ill player was injured along the USCe sideline, Beilema walked over to check on him with his hands out like the refs do to signal a substitution and did the same as he walked back to his own sideline. Beemer blew up at that.
Happy for Illinois and the BIG1o for the bowl win, but still wish that Bielema would drown in a tub full of inebriated killer whales and electric toasters thrown in for good measure

Well I guess I have not been paying attention. I just came to the realization that the only games on tomorrow are the three playoff games. This bums me out. I really enjoy flipping through multiple games on New Years day. sign
I dislike Bielema as much as anyone but his Jedi mind trick on Beamer yesterday was classic! Beamer took the bait and Illinois took the Win.
