McHenry scored with 24 seconds left with second team CG defense in. CG probably had 7 offensive penalties that cost them 125 yards or so, a couple of which would have put them in a position to add a couple of TDs. McHenry moved the ball here and there on the ground with McManus, an undersized but slippery and speedy RB; and also had some success in the air. McHenry also hurt themselves with some turnovers, one of which was at the goal line and would have made the score 14-7 and which could have changed the momentum of the game.
CG needs to review some film and eliminate these offensive penalties. Imagine there will be some players running in the morning as a result.
