Well they have been setting themselves up for 6-6 seasons for a while. Believe it or not you replace those two OOC roadgames with easy wins and go 8-4 most WVU fans are happy. Playing VT and Pitt does not make fans happy unless you win those games. Lose them and go 6-6 everybody is miserable til next fall.
Many fans complained because they always thought the schedule was to easy. Now that there are 11 P5 schools on the schedule every year certain people are complaining about that as well.
Personally wish they would choose a P5, G5 and FCS team like all the other schools.
