I still can't believe they didnt call Meeks out of bounds. The ref was standing right in front of Meeks.
Sigh... so many chances for UNC to be taken out this tournament. Absolutely brutal way to end such a disappointing season.
Yea I think Williams-Goss got a little ball hoggish there at the end. Having a bad ankle did not help either.

Really thought Williams-Goss blew it by going all hero ball at the end....especially considering he was seriously hobbled. He had absolutely no lift on the jumper he missed or the time he was blocked by Meeks.

Yeah he had some bad moments but at the end of the day, it was Karnowski more than anyone else that lost this. He should be ashamed.
It comes down to a handful of possessions, Carolina stepped up Gonzaga hid in the corner

He was awful too. But in close games you need to be tough down the stretch. UNC scored their last five possessions and Williams-Goss tried doing it all himself.
And it always felt like they weren't even all that good. Weird tourney. Thought Arkansas had their cheating asses but they managed to squeak through there and get it done. Amazing. It really does seem like the NCAA tried to hold out until the cheats won another one. Thought they had it last year but it blew up in their faces so they gave the Holes another year. What a joke. Crappiest champ in a while.
Just so damn annoying though because the Holes weren't even that good. So much for those A holes saying Duke won it in 2010 and 2015 because they were handed the easiest brackets. Lollll. Conspiracy theorists are awesome. Get those tin foil hats on, boys!
