Police are going to polygraph the accusers before going futher according to TMZ. Charlie's word against up to 200 women and trannies will not hold up. I am sure that the Charlie didn't disclose to the madam that he was HIV+ as he continued to order up girls. I doubt he mentioned his HIV when he offered extra money to his partners for unprotected sex.

Sheen is a vile human being, obviously lying and should be punished for this, but I don't see him doing any time. If they were in monogamous relationships with Sheen I could see it. They made a decision to have unprotected sex with someone who was clearly having unprotected sex with multiple partners; some times right in front of them.

The liberal media is just as responsible for his exposure. I think it's to promote him as much as possible because he might be an easier opponent for Hillary to beat.
And he wonders how he could have possibly got HIV. Screwing trannies and drug addict porn stars is a certainty of getting something that won't "wash off" as they like to say in the south.
How the hell do you only get six months for that? Giving someone AIDS on purpose should be at least a year.
It seems that there are two possible charges in California concerning this issue. If you knowingly try to infect someone, it is a felony. If you fail to disclose your status, its a misdemeanor. The former is a higher bar to reach.
The first one is pretty much impossible to prove without an admission of guilt or some email, note, etc indicating your intentions.
