Well spoken, super athletic, good grades, all state football and all state basketball. The kid is a superstar. Nice to see the young man and his parents select a top academic school. Coach Cutcliffe will develop his skills even more. Duke is climbing their way up the ACC with recruits like Surratt. 2015 will start off with East Lincoln top ranked and Chazz will have another unbelievable year.
