Looking at all these threads, there are Chest Pounders from the Western Mountains to the Eastern Seas. Mount Airy has 3, 4 at the most bragging on Mount Airy with the same right as all you others on thread after thread, and then give Proud Mount Airy posters 4ell for pulling for and bragging on a team that was not expected to do what this team has done this year. If there is one person from any other conference that would not be bragging on your team if this was your team this year just tell us you would be quiet and say nothing. I am talking about the ones bragging now and the SMC that brags the year-round about your teams. I have set here 2 days reading all the threads with all the posts bragging about their teams or conferences. Mount Airy may lose the next game or win the west and maybe the State but whatever they do, they have gone way beyond anyone expectations this year and for all that are disrespecting their fans, beware the year is not over and they get even better the next 2 or 3 years. Say I am bragging if you want to and I say 4ell yes, I am proud of them just like all the people bragging in all the threads I have been reading. Hats off to East Wilkes for not giving up Friday night, knowing they had no chance. We will all be hearing from that young team probably next year if they can jell with the coaches or get a new one, whatever they decide to do. So everyone keep on bragging on your favorite team and let the BEARS brag on theirs. It has gone on for years and won't stop any time in the future for all the great teams from the far West to the Far East. Now let the games go on and the bragging will never stop for all our favorite teams ! !

The Pot has been calling us the Kettle a lot lately and it really gets old. TD, you are absolutely correct. I believe most of it just comes from ENVEY.

You know when some one calls everybody else a liar is because they are the liar, when they say you are scared it is because they are scared.
Someone on here told me the road to the championship ran through.....you name the 3, 4, or 5 other top teams. Well I was not even saying Mt Airy was going to win, but a couple were quick to jump.

Well fellows, get over it, before anybody takes on most likely Eastern Randolph, you will have to come by way of Mt Airy.

If you are East Surry, I've noticed no one has been on 2A bragging like you did 1A the last 3 or 4 years. ES is afraid to brag now that they are in 2A without the 2019 team. MA would have kicked your azz this year and you knew it. What will be the excuse next year? I guess you're praying COVID will be around. If you're not ES as I think then just another jealous poster with your team practicing basketball ! ! East has been until this year the most arrogant posters in 1A and nothing wrong with being arrogant when you hold the top spot. So it's Mount Airy this year and not East Surry. We both could go down in the next few weeks. So go whine on the 2A boards for being there.

Now I will set back and watch the jealous posters show their way of being arrogant in their hatting ways and laugh till next Friday night.

East or ma hasn’t played any competition this year at least east played a little stronger with newton and forbbush
Ma hasn’t played anyone and still won’t next week East to run up scores and think u are so good lol

Do you know why that thread was started? MA gift wrapped EW the ball on the 10 yard line by way of a fumble on opening snap. EW did not score. It was in reference to the defense. Enough said. Was the comment.

DAD23 started that thread and he is in no conference around here. Says he just like MA and what they've done. LOL.... And why is 2A East Surry's [B]Footballnc71[/B] down here on the 1A board running his flappers ? Oh, because he knows what's waiting for East Surry and can't brag on the 2A boards ! !

I was talking about the thread titled MOUNT Airy was not started by anyone around here, no local conference started it or would have started a thread called MOUNT AIRY.
