I do this every year around this team and explain how this works. Top 2 teams in each conference get in as long as they're at least 5-4. Usually that's not a problem.
Big Shoulders:

Taft beat both LP and Mather. LP and Mather play week 9. How simple!
Great Lakes:
Goode 5-0
Corliss 5-1
Both are in
Second City:
Clark 5-0
Orr 3-2
Phoenix 3-2
Marine 4-2 (no week 9 game since Manley forfeited season)
Clark is in and plays Phoenix
Orr plays Urban Prep West
Marine beat Orr and Phoenix (and lost to Clemente, go figure) so unless I'm reading it wrong Marine is going to finish in 2nd place.
Windy City:
South Shore 6-0
Urban Prep Bronzeville 5-1
South Shore is in
Urban Prep need to beat 0-8 Kelly (they'd be 5-4 and probably be out on points)
