My only bone to pick with Chick-fil-a is that all three of their breaded products have different tasting breading. If they could all taste like the sandwich, that would be good. Even better if it was the old taste from the 80s and 90s.

I think anyone who really has bad stuff to say about Chick Fil-A has ideology differences. I only order the classic chicken sandwich, but it's always the same delicious sandwich if I'm in Lexington or Bowling Green. The same great service, as well. For fast food, what more do you want?

Honestly I'm not a huge fan of their regular chicken sandwich. Don't get me wrong I don't think it is bad but not my fav. I do love the waffle fries. But as far as proficiency and politeness of staff they are #1 with a bullet

I only mention that because it's all I order. So, I can't speak to their other menu items. But every time I order one, it's the same experience. That is hard to accomplish in fast food.
Cracker Barrel is another place that remains consistent, despite location.

I get that. I worked at Panera Bread for years. Trying to get employees to understand that concept was shockingly difficult.

Why are you saying your rewards number through the intercom? Don't you just scan it at the cashier?
Thats literally how the directions say to use it when you pull up. Its not a mobile order as McD's makes that an absolute cluster.

Fila, I order it at home and then leave, pull into my spot and I am leaving with my food in 5 mins.

Yep. Regardless of whether or not you like their food, it’s impossible to not consider it the premier fast food restaurant based on cleanliness, efficiency, and pleasantries. Only reason to disagree is because you don’t like their politics or religious aspect.

When I've done a mobile order at McDonalds I've just put in what I want and then park. A few minutes later someone brings it out to me and I drive away

Exactly. It's usually the religion angle. And the same folks that get all indignant if you don't kiss the Muslim's asses.

Have you ever watched a fast food commercial and see how they make them ohh so big?
In marketing, I’ve had peers who worked food and tell me stories back in the day about using glue for milk in cereal commercials to individually place the pieces of cereal.

Oh and how they handpick individual fries to put in fast food commercials.

The law now is everything has to be edible in your food advertising, I believe.

Thats how Fila works but McDonalds struggles with the app concept.

Someone asked above about ordering and then pulling up and scanning your code. You would think that would work but "the code reader is not working at the moment." This isnt some bootleg McDonalds either...one by Ballard and Holiday Manor (today) and the one in St Matthews by Kroger. They cannot keep staffing like everyone else so I feel bad for the ones that have been there for a long time.

All y’all talkin about mobile orders and rewards numbers and scanning cards and ****... what the **** planet you live on?

You tell the teenager or impoverished adult that made bad decisions in the intercom system what the **** you want, accept what the screen says, and drive around to pay and pick it up. This is how you do it.

I mean how the hell do you expect people that order (apparently very regularly) their ****** 1.02 burger to get it for 97 cents??

I agree 100%. They are very similar in the way their employees are trained. I will do better next time.
