According to records from the Travis County Sheriff's Office, Texas men's basketball coach Chris Beard was arrested early Monday morning
If that bad, makes you wonder if something like son-in-law did something to his daughter. In which case, I wouldn't blame him. Not saying it was that, just that we need to hear the facts before making judgement.

But this seems a good time to express gratitude for having as University of Kentucky's highest profile public official a man who has recruited kids who have brought praise and honor to the university virtually without exception for a dozen years, and who has been a symbol of activist charity work, raising millions of dollars for Kentuckians in need and people in places like Haiti.
John Calipari has been a great public image for Kentucky and the university. As a Kentuckian now living on the East Coast I can appreciate how much that means. Thanks Coach Cal.

3rd degree involves physically harming such as a punch, kick, choking or a combination of said. It can also be that degree if it’s not the first time it has happened. Either way it’s pretty damning.

We could get him on the cheap? Maybe get the CIA to leverage Cal out and bypass the buyout. I highly doubt with everything going well with his team that this is true.
I'll wait to see what actually happened and what, if any, the mitigating factors were.
