Here is a decent write up.

Solid point. There's not really much incentive for the Bagley family to lie about his recruitment so adamantly, is there? It doesn't effect his NBA career one bit and Marvin is long gone from Duke. There are literally no consequences for him at this point. And I've yet to see a player who received unlawful assistance have his legacy tarnished because of it (Derrick Rose, Reggie Bush, etc.). If the Bagleys did something shady, I would think they just keep quiet and let it blow over.
Meh, I wouldn't be the least bit shocked if Zion and/or Bags (or their families) got paid to come here.
Again you miss the point. My point is and was that I am totally confident that DUKE was not involved in wrongdoing. That Kids get sucked in is a fact of life, and I do not know Zion or any other kid as well as I believe I know Duke.Lol. That's what is wrong with a lot of people. You think that even the slightest consideration of the idea that these kids or their families are getting paid, that you are admitting wrong doing by the program. It's not my lack of faith in Duke or the coaching staff. It is my lack of faith in human nature and the corruption of the recruiting process. At this point, the ignoramus is the one who thinks kids are free of any kind of wrongdoing simply because they went to Duke. I am with you, I want this all to be a big nothing. And in all honesty, it probably will end up with nothing happening, because the NCAA didn't even care enough to send a representative to the courtroom yesterday. They are taking a nothing to see here approach.
You must be changing the point you were making before. Because this point has nothing to do with how the conversation started. I never said that Duke or the coaching staff had any involvement. That was just you looking past the point and making assumptions that I didn't have faith in Duke or Krzyzewski. Whether Duke had any knowledge about it or were or were not directly involved, any player or family member that accepted money to attend Duke would have been ineligible and any game they played in would be vacated. It is all speculation at this point and I doubt the NCAA has the balls to punish the number of schools that are implicated.Again you miss the point. But you did say the whole situation was "sketchy" with kids getting multiple offers and then "winding up at Duke". To me that suggested that more than just luck might be involved when Zion chose Duke. If I read you wrong, I apologize. You must be changing the point you were making before. Yeah, you read me wrong, or I chose poor wording. Either way..But you did say the whole situation was "sketchy" with kids getting multiple offers and then "winding up at Duke". To me that suggested that more than just luck might be involved when Zion chose Duke. If I read you wrong, I apologize.
