Christmas Eve: just my wife and myself and we will dine on crab and lobster bisque; cod; shrimp; home made potato, farmer’s cheese, and cabbage pierogies and home made potato and cabbage pagach.
Christmas Day when our sons come: more shrimp; more pierogies and pagach for them, local smoked and fresh kielbasa, bone in ham, lasagna casserole, meatballs and sauce, Christmas cookies and some local bakery Buche’ de Noel. Wash it down with some nice wine and High West A Midwinter’s Night Dram.
