Apparently Ambrose was originally supposed to be the heel turn that Rollins did but they thought it would be too expected and switched it.
Rollins' pop is going to be huge. Curious who he feuds with when he comes back.
I care zero. I fast forward that ish every week.
If I wanted to watch half naked chicks roll around, I'd watch porn because they get nekked. As for the wrestling, to me watching the women in comparison to the dudes is like comparing WNBA to NBA. It's similar but on a completely different level. There's only so many arm drags and hip tosses I can watch.
My wife is a borderline feminist, and even she says women's sports are unwatchable.
Women sports are atrocious but there's some good matches out there. Bayley vs Sasha was great but many of them suck.
I have to wonder about any guy that watches sports entertainment and complains about the half naked chicks on the show, but is all about the men in tight trunks. hmmmmm
Meltzer's Wrestling Observer rated the match 4.5 out of 5 and tied for 11th best in all of wrestling last year.
Foley, Austin and many big time talent praised that match. But yeah, most are terrible. However, credit where credit is due.

Ummm that's a game changer for Sunday or at the very least they want some suspense.
Is that the first time in wwe history someone had a promo on smackdown then repeated it on raw? Sorry but I remember why I hated the dudleys 10 years ago - they are boring!
Also I kinda wish Awesome Kong would have come out and power bombed Charlotte and Brie - that would make the divas division a tad more exciting!

I watch for the angles and the athleticism. I am not 17, so the "I can almost see boob, might as well fap to RAW" thing doesn't work any more.
As I said, if I wanna watch scantily clad women roll around, I'll watch porn because I get to see the fun parts and the acting is better.
I know some divas matches are OK, but I just can't. They botch as much as girls miss layups in basketball. Just a terrible product.
Rumor has it while Maria was dating Johnny Nitro (aka John Morrison) he let Batista hit it too and didn't get mad about it. Ask about that.
Apparently, Mike the Miracle Bennett was "the hottest free agent in wrestling" according to the TNA announcers. Seems legit.
If Cena comes back then you know he is doing steroids. How could he get away with it Vince? Do you drug test now or not? He has to have the 60 or 90 day suspension. For him to even think he could come back that fast he is using.
- Sunday's Edge & Christian segment atFastlane may be a way to introduce Enzo Amore & Colin Cassady to the main roster as immediate challengers for New Day's tag titles.
Sadly there aren't that many good angels anymore. Can't remember the last time I was honestly on the edge of my seat because of an angle on Raw or Smackdown.
Most 17 year old are either getting laid or know how to use the internet to get the job done.
Yes, most of the womens matches absolutely suck, but it's not like they are getting two segments or even 5 minutes for matches. I find it a nice break from all the testosterone.
Speaking of botching, have you noticed how many botches there are lately? Maybe I'm just paying more attention than I used to, but there have been more missed spots lately than I ever remember seeing before.
Maria was a WWE star, not Morrison's girlfriend who was also Batista's "friend" and supposedly caused him to lose a ton of locker room respect. Melina? She was the valet for his tag team MnM.
As I mentioned a few weeks ago, if it is your thing look up Ring Divas or Lady Fist wrestling...just don't do it at work...your are welcome.:flushed:

I think Maria and Punk were a couple for quite a while back in the day, but yes I think it was Melina who got Morrison in trouble.

We were just talking about this at work. I think the only reason they took the belt off Ambrose last night was to have an IC title match at fastlane. I don't think it has anything to do with WM. Has the WWE really thought more than a week ahead for the past 10 years?

One of the qualities that makes a great wrestler is his box office draw. Which individual wrestler today would get you to make the effort to go to a live show?
I can already hear the boo's when Reigns will pin Ambrose on Sunday. Can't wait to see another WM main event get crap and hijacked from the crowd.

I don't know if their are any of the current people I would go out of my way to see now. Maybe Owens and The Shield guys...I have seen just about everybody else either in the "old days" or on the independent circuit.

- Barrett is a guy I always thought could have been bigger. Injuries and horrible mismanagement have done him in; but the dude was double tough, could cut a legitimate wrestling promo, had had offense that looked like it actually hurt.
- I guess he technically isn't "current" due to his recent surgeries, but I'd pay money to watch Steve Regal beat the dog ish out of someone

I agree with KO...Also I would make an effort to go see Finn Balor, Enzo and Big Cas, Rollins when he comes back, and there are a few others. I will say the roster is lacking a bit due to ineptitude of management and the onslaught of injuries.
So basically none of the roided up monsters of the past! Great Vince will be so happy!

Have you all seen The Wrestling Road Diaries? It's pretty awesome and follows Daniel Bryan and Colt Cabana in 2009 as they travel the country for ROH and wrestling schools and hilariously small independent shows. Anyways, I saw KO on there and he looked so young back then.
