Watching Tubby's team beat Texas, and they can shoot free throws when the opportunity presents itself.

Tulsa must hit 60% from 3 to have any chance in this one. And 80 percent from the foul line. And can't give up more than 12 offensive boards.

NONE OF THOSE "MUST HAVES" WILL HAPPEN.

Cincy has players. And they play hard.

Tulsa looks like a JV team. Thanks Manning!

This is the worst possible imaginable matchup for us. It was last year too. We aren't phycisal and we aren't big.

Refs surprisingly fair though.

It's time for a "post game thoughts" thread.

Mick Cronin knows how to motivate his team. I'm concerned Haith doesn't have that skillset.

We'll see how this program evolves. There are some good/great coaches in this league. Haith will definitely have his shot next year.

Gross, when is the last time we had ONE bucket at the under 8 break? Eesh...

Agree with Bigzit. These players have always given it their best and seem to have been great student athletes but they've peaked and it's time for new blood.

This is the reason why we need some legit size. Cincinnati is destroying us on both ends in the glass.

Our only hope right now is all of Cincinnati's players foul out which they are seemingly on their way to doing

This is one of those games that FT shooting is crucial to just stay in the game. Not our strong point.

They are pushing out giving us the drive to the hole. This is a game for Shaq. He was the only one who came out not scared.

Weird season. I expected more out of these guys. We have some players who just aren't playing like seniors.

I'm not sure this is possible but it almost seems like Steed dislikes Cincy more than us. He's made some awful calls against them.

Also, I look forward to next season in basketball - I don't expect much from next season other than significant upgrade in shooting.

Agree...next season should be interesting. TU will definitely have more basketball talent. Not sure that it will result in a better outcome than this year, but at least it will be something new.

Also, it was nice to see ole Patrick Birt II hit a three and a jumper.

Weird season. I expected more out of these guys. We have some players who just aren't playing like seniors.

I also expected much more from this team. I know this is not the most talented team but I expected better recruiting and coaching from Haith & Co. this off season to see improvement but instead I see regression.

But no season where we beat OSU is a "bad" season to me :)

At least both teams are benefiting from the crappy calls. Kind of a wash. I'm sure if we somehow pull within 5 or 6 it will lean heavily in favor of UC.
