Something weird is currently happening. I'm guessing Flake may have changed his mind on which way he's going to vote. Not sure. Trying to keep tabs from work, while actually acting like I'm working. It's not easy. Anybody else know anything?
Flake just fell into the trap.
Bet we will see another drop of accusation, something, come down next week and the left will cry for another week of investigations.
Let me help you out. Nothing is hanging out there. Flake supported Kavanaugh on this committee vote BUT wants a week delay with FBI investigation on the Senate floor vote.Oh my. Grassley adjourning based on a 2 hour rule and this is left hanging out there.
It hasn't come out of committee to go to the floor. Don't try to help me out when you have no clue.Let me help you out. Nothing is hanging out there. Flake supported Kavanaugh on this committee vote BUT wants a week delay with FBI investigation on the Senate floor vote.
Politics are a clown show....always have been and always will be. It's about power and control.Glad to see more people are recognizing this judicial committee is a circus or clown show, which it is.
I just read that it did indeed get voted as moving to the floor, with the stipulation that they couldn't have a floor vote for a full week.It hasn't come out of committee to go to the floor. Don't try to help me out when you have no clue.
What he did was unwittingly smart for the Republicans. No FBI investigating battle cry will be negated in the campaign trial. Trump would be smart to allow it. D's have nothing to gain here but optics. Not like Trump is going to pick a moderate if Kavanaugh goes down.
I was watching. They didn't vote. No rollcall on the motion or anything.I just read that it did indeed get voted as moving to the floor, with the stipulation that they couldn't have a floor vote for a full week.
Oh.....I have a clue. The Senate Judiciary Committee endorsed Judge Brett Kavanaugh, sending his SC nomination to the full Senate. McConnell and Shumer will decide if and when it gets to the floor. Does that help you out?It hasn't come out of committee to go to the floor. Don't try to help me out when you have no clue.
I now read the same commentary but there wasn't a vote. I'm confused. But not surprising as this committee isn't performing as it should.I just read that it did indeed get voted as moving to the floor, with the stipulation that they couldn't have a floor vote for a full week.
There was a roll call and it was 11-10. You actually missed when Grassley called out the names for their vote?I was watching. They didn't vote. No rollcall on the motion or anything.
Well, BRU said he didn't need any help, but obviously, he needed a lot of help. There was a roll call and it was 11-10. You actually missed when Grassley called out the names for their vote?
Then I did miss it. Thanks for correcting me but sure didn't see it.There was a roll call and it was 11-10. You actually missed when Grassley called out the names for their vote?
Flake ended up voting to advance the nomination to the Senate and voiced his request for a one week delay on the Senate vote with FBI investigation. Problem is what happens next is out of his hands.....My guess is that if his request is not met he will be a NO vote for Senate confirmation. Then I did miss it. Thanks for correcting me but sure didn't see it.
Donald Trump signaled he was open to a delay.Flake ended up voting to advance the nomination to the Senate and voiced his request for a one week delay on the Senate vote with FBI investigation. One week to investigate does not give time to study the reports. Need a week to study - three days at least.Flake just fell into the trap.
