Lived there for 10 years. The entire island wonderful, and yes, Sicilian women are beautiful and one of a kind.

What took you to Catania?

Went there with work. I was only there about two days. The food and the beautiful women definitely make me want to return.

I stayed at the Una Palace, which was right in the heart of the city. Very active city which I enjoyed very much.

Dallas, Houston and Gulfport, MS so far as layover flights when I would change my duty station early on in my military career. Never flown until I enlisted.

Did you get to check out Elephant square, maybe a pub or two? Nothing like getting wasted in Catania and then hitting the panini stand.

Few years ago, me and my wife flew non-stop from Cincinnati to Honolulu. On the way back we had to stop at LAX and change planes, only there long enough to get a snack and a Coke. Had no desire to leave the airport.

Yeah, I know. I've spent time in Boston, Philadelphia, DC up in that region but never NYC. I even "lived" in South Jersey for 6 weeks. It's just never worked out for me to spend any time in NY. Was planning on going last year, but knocked my wife up instead. Hotel prices are outlandish.

Salt Lake City
San Francisco
Honolulu
Chicago
Miami

Probably a couple more smaller cities in eastern US...surely Hartford is in there.

Detroit is not as bad as everyone thinks. At least a small district downtown is very nice.

Flying only Delta limits the airports we fly through.

Salt lake City here too...seems to be a common one. When I lived in Oregon that was often a connector for me to get back east to visit family. Been there many times (10-15 times), but never made it outside the airport.
