That's a suit related to a FOIA request. I see no problem with that. The information they are seeking is related to correspondence when she was working as SoS. They are within their rights to seek that information under a FOIA request. You could do the same if you wanted.

Agree wholeheartedly, but, if some of it is classified, don't be surprised when you don't get it.

They can respond to a FOIA request and redact the classified information. That's legitimate under FOIA. I suspect the line from the State Department is that they are still assessing those emails and deciding what has to be redacted, if anything. My point is that the law suit is legitimate.
