This is the single most important game on the schedule. It’s the game that’ll show exactly how far we need to go in terms of BCS.
Compete with Clemson then that means we are capable of beating everyone else. I see your point, and do agree too.If that is your goal, OK. However, any game that we win is way more important than Clemson because that gets us one step closer to bowl eligibility and that means extra practice and exposure. I think Clemson is probably the least important game on the schedule. Ask me again if we beat them.
I like where your head’s at, but I would settle for not being last in the divisionI consider the Wake Forest game as the most important. It’s the next one on the schedule, we are 1-1 in conference, and we still have a chance to win an ACC championship ... though we do need FSU to lose a second game in conference in order to win the division.

I’d say realistically we can stay ahead of syracuse, BC, and NC State and maybe pass one of FSU or wake if they falter. FSU looks to be getting better as they go through the year though.
3rd or 4th in the division would be a fantastic finish this year.
Neither will the players. Why should we be any different? It’s what us fans and team wants, the big stage against the best. Bring it!Our expectations are in line ... I’m just not giving up on the dream of an ACC title in 2019 until it’s no longer possible.
